What do I need to legally work as a Responsible Server of Alcohol in Victoria?

Victoria requires an LCV Certificate of Completion: the InstaCert RSA course plus the SHARPR module via the LCV Learning Hub.

In Victoria, you need an Liquor Control Victoria (LCV)-issued Certificate of Completion to legally work as a Responsible Server of Alcohol.

To receive this, you must complete two things:

  1. The approved RSA course (InstaCert's RSA course is LCV-approved)

  2. The Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond (SHARPR) module, available through the LCV Learning Hub, which takes approximately 60 minutes

Both must be completed to receive your Victoria Certificate of Completion from Liquor Control Victoria.
