If you see the message "We cannot find an assessment record for your enrolment. Have you completed your Student Registration?", your enrolment is in our system but the Student Registration step has not been completed yet. The course cannot start until that step is done.
To resolve this:
Open your course page.
Look for the Student Registration section near the top of the course.
Complete the form (your Unique Student Identifier, declarations, and any required personal details).
If the error persists after completing Student Registration, please contact our Support Team.
