A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a mandatory, permanent 10-character reference number (letters and numbers) assigned by the Australian Government.
You'll need a USI to complete nationally recognised training like the InstaCert courses. Once created, it stays with you for life. You can use your USI to access your training history at any time on the USI website at usi.gov.au.
