The Food Safety Supervisor course covers five industry streams. You select your industry when you complete your student registration. Your Statement of Attainment will list the units of competency for the stream you choose.

Note:
NSW only recognises the Retail and Hospitality streams for the purposes of Food Safety Supervisor certification.
Food Processing is only accepted as a Food Safety Supervisor qualification in Queensland and Victoria.
