Food safety training is required nationally under Food Standard 3.2.2A. NSW has additional requirements and mandates an approved provider.

What assessment tasks are required for the Food Safety Supervisor course?

If you've completed FSS units at another RTO, you may not need to repeat them. Contact us with your Statement of Attainment to discuss.

I already have Food Safety Supervisor units from another qualification. Do I still need to complete the course?

Prior FSS training may be recognised. Contact InstaCert with your Statement of Attainment to discuss whether national recognition applies in your circumstances.
