Your NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is issued after you've completed all course requirements.
Steps to receive your certificate:
Complete all lessons, quizzes, and case studies
Submit your Observer Report
Complete your Final Submission at the bottom of the course page
Once your Final Submission is received:
It will be reviewed by an assessor. If there are any issues with your submission that require your attention, an assessor will contact you directly.
Your digital Statement of Attainment is emailed to you within 1–2 business days after your submission has been marked as satisfactory
Your NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate number will be generated and emailed to you
Your printed NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate will be posted to you
Note: Per NSW Food Authority requirements, we are only able to issue the NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate as a printed document. Your NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate number can be used as proof of course completion while your printed copy is in transit.
