Food Standard 3.2.2A is a national food safety standard that became law in December 2022. It requires all food businesses in Australia to implement three tools:
Food Handler Training: all food handlers must complete food safety training
Food Safety Supervision: food businesses must have at least one qualified Food Safety Supervisor on staff
Record Management: food businesses must keep records to demonstrate compliance
All InstaCert food safety courses are designed to comply with Food Standard 3.2.2A.
