No. Statements of Attainment are always issued to the individual who completed the training. They cannot be issued to a food business.
If your Food Safety Supervisor leaves your business, you'll need to:
Nominate another qualified Food Safety Supervisor from your staff, or arrange for a new supervisor to complete the training
Notify your local council of the change
