The NSW Food Safety Supervisor recertification course is self-paced. Most students complete the lessons and quizzes in approximately six to eight hours.
You have up to 12 months from enrolment to complete the course at your own pace. Some students complete it in a single day, while others study for 30 minutes at a time over several weeks. Whichever you prefer, you can log in and out as many times as you need.
