Students who are under 18 require a parent or guardian to provide consent in order for us to be able to issue your statement of attainment to you.
Consent can be provided by having a parent or guardian email us with the subject line "CONSENT". They need to include the following within the email:
- Student's name
- Student's date of birth
- Parent/guardian name
- Consent to issue your certificate
Note: If you live independently contact InstaCert to provide evidence of this so that we can issue your statement of attainment to you without delay.
