After you enrol in an InstaCert course, your login details are sent to the email address you provided during enrolment. Make sure to check your inbox, and don’t forget to look in your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there.
If you can’t find your login details, you can still access your account using your email address through the website. Simply click “Forgot password” on the login page to reset your password and receive instructions by email.
Note: Always use the same email address you used during enrolment to ensure you can access your course.
