Course completion reporting is completed during a set reporting period (February) each year. If your certification is not yet visible in your USI portal account, this may be because the reporting process has not yet taken place for this year.
In the meantime, you can use your Statement of Attainment as proof of course completion.
We can also verify the validity of your Statement of Attainment for prospective employers if required. Simply contact our Support Team to do so.
