The Observer Report is the practical assessment component of the Food Safety Supervisor, Food Handler, and Responsible Service of Alcohol courses.
Industry standards require that assessors observe students demonstrating practical food safety skills, for example correct handwashing and appropriate work clothing. Since an online course can't assess you in person, the Observer Report allows a workplace colleague to confirm they've seen you perform these tasks in a real or simulated work setting to an industry standard.
