This happens when the name you entered during your student registration is different from the name linked to your USI (Unique Student Identifier) account. We must verify your enrolment details against the USI portal before we can issue your statement of attainment.
Why this happens?
Your registration details must exactly match your USI record. Even small differences can cause an error, such as:
- Missing middle names
- Different spelling
- Using a nickname instead of your legal name
- Extra spaces or punctuation
How to fix it?
1. Log in to your USI account
2. Check the name listed on your USI profile
3. Compare it with the name you used during registration
4. Update your USI details if they are incorrect
