What to do if your course doesn't appear in your account immediately after purchase.

Not to worry, it can take a few minutes for your course to appear in your account after purchase.

Please refresh your page and wait 10 to 15 minutes, then check your account again. In most cases, your course will be visible by then.

If your course still does not appear after 15 minutes, please contact our support team at InstaCert and we will look into this for you.
