InstaCert is currently approved to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training in South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania*, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. If you successfully complete the RSA (Victoria) course, Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) will contact you via email to complete an additional online module so you can obtain your RSA Certificate of Completion. The RSA Certificate of Completion is required for those who want to work in roles that involve serving, selling, or supplying alcohol in Victoria.
*Note - This training is not suitable for liquor license holders in Tasmania but continues to be valid for staff servicing or selling liquor.
