An observer must meet all of the following requirements:
Alcohol service work experience
Current employment in an alcohol service job role in Australia
The ability to observe you complete the required alcohol service tasks
They do not need to hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
Once nominated, an online form will be emailed to your chosen observer to provide more information on the tasks they have seen you do.
Note: The Observer Report option is not available for students in Victoria. RSA Victoria students must complete the Video Assessment.
