An observer must meet all of the following requirements:
A minimum of 12 months of food handling work experience
Current employment in a food handling job role in Australia
The ability to observe you complete the required food safety tasks
They do not need to hold a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
Once nominated, an online form will be emailed to your chosen observer to provide more information on the tasks they have seen you do.
