For compliance purposes, the skills listed in your observer report must have been observed within the last 12 months. Your observer confirms this by selecting appropriate observation start and end dates when completing the report.
If your observer has been contacted to update the observation date range provided within their original observer report, they can reply directly to the assessor's email with an updated date range.
If your observer has not seen you perform the required observer report tasks within the last 12 months, the observer report cannot be accepted. In this case, you will need to nominate a new observer who has recently supervised or observed your work.
Note: The date range must be a specific date range within the last 12 months including the day, month and year.
